Isabel A. O'Malley

Isabel is one of the original founders and has been with Detailed Analysis since 1985. She is the chief residential appraiser, specializing in high-value residential real estate, Isabel has extensive experience appraising multi-million dollar residences in such cities as Atherton, Los Altos, Woodside, Palo Alto, Menlo park, Hillsborough, Burlingame, and San Francisco. Isabel is known for her in-depth knowledge of high-value residential markets, as well as her intuitive and comprehensive analysis. She is widely known among the residential brokerage community for her expertise and understanding of specialty markets and market trends.

Patrick J. O'Malley

Patrick is one of the original founders of Detailed Analysis. He is a former Member of the Appraisal Institute, and was the chief commercial appraiser since 1985. Specializing in commercial real estate, Patrick has been appraising in the greater San Francisco Bay Area for over 35 years. Patrick is well known for his willingness to take on difficult assignments. He has experience appraising unique and complex commercial properties such as wind-farms and marinas; however, commercial multi-family, hotels/motels, gas stations, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties make up the majority of his work. Patrick is now retired but still actively consults staff members.
